We keep data collection minimal. We do not sell your data. This policy explains what we store and why.

1. Information we collect

Account data: the email address and password you provide at signup. Passwords are stored only as a salted scrypt hash — never in plain text.
Usage data: your chat messages, generated images/videos, characters you create, points balance, and the date you accepted our 18+ terms. This is stored so your conversations and settings persist between sessions.
Technical data: your IP address and request timing may be processed temporarily for rate-limiting and abuse prevention.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service — sign you in, remember your chats, characters, and points.
To generate responses, images, voice, and video via third-party AI providers (see below).
To prevent abuse, fraud, and excessive use that would degrade the Service for others.
To confirm and record that users have affirmed they are 18 or older.

3. Third-party processors

To generate content, your prompts and messages are sent to third-party AI services (for example, large-language-model and image/video/voice generation providers). These providers process the content under their own terms and privacy policies. Do not share real-world personal or sensitive information in chats.

4. Data storage and retention

Account and chat data are stored on the server operating the Service. We retain it for as long as your account exists. When an account is deleted, its profile, chat logs, and sessions are removed.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to remember preferences (such as your age-gate confirmation and favorites). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

6. Your choices

You can log out at any time, which invalidates your session.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data through the site operator.
You can clear your browser's local storage to remove locally cached preferences.

7. Children

The Service is strictly for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including password hashing and rate-limiting. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
