18+ only. Lovity contains AI-generated adult content. By using the service you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and that it is legal for you to view explicit material where you live.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or otherwise using Lovity (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older. We may terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws of your country, state, and locality.

3. Nature of the content

All characters, conversations, images, and videos are fictional and AI-generated. They do not depict real people.
All depicted characters are fictional adults aged 18 or over.
Outputs are generated by automated models and may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected. They are provided for entertainment only.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create, request, or distribute:

Any content sexualizing minors or anyone appearing to be under 18 ("real or fictional").
Content depicting real, identifiable people without their consent (including deepfakes).
Content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, promotes violence, or harasses others.
Attempts to scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its APIs.

Violations may result in immediate account termination and, where required, reporting to authorities.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

6. Credits and beta status

The Service is currently in a free beta. Points or credits granted have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and may be reset or revoked at any time. Paid features may be introduced later under separate terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that the Service will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.
